After almost 2 decades of running a small family restaurant & lounge, it was apparent that the Happy Valley area was in need of a great local hang out spot. Jay’s was then opened in the summer of 2009. We strive to be a place for guests to feel comfortable, safe, and have a good time. A place for the community to merge.

At Jay’s we pride ourselves on delivering guests with a wide range of tasty food and beverages. We provide a large menu with a mix of cultural inspirations. With 25 rotating beer taps and a surplus of spirits, there are an infinite amount of cocktails to be discovered.
ENTERTAINMENT
With a plethora of flat screen tvs, a 120” projector, pool & ping pong tables, and a large heated patio, there is no shortage of entertainment. You can also catch your favorite sports team here with our NFL, NBA, and MLB tv sports packages. New is always exciting as well, so we aim to host lively events and promotions weekly. We are also able to host and cater to your own celebration and gatherings too!
OUTDOOR PATIO
Our spacious outdoor patio was expanded on and remodeled during the pandemic. We offer plenty of outdoor tables and seating. It is equipped with numerous overhead heaters and fire pits. With covered and uncovered sections, it is a great area in times of rain or shine.
